Our team at Youvision Theatre know that it is vital that the couple have a lavish stage to enhance their central focus on the day. It is the place after all where the unique pair will reside for most of our camera shots, as well as being the place where the guests will meet them and be incorporated into our final video and photos.
We have wedding stages that cater to diverse occasions celebrating Indian and Asian culture, from receptions to religious ceremonies. Whether you want to go for a traditional style or a more contemporary one, we take pride in being able to meet your requirements by providing lighting, floor and fabrics that complement the theme you wish for.
Pre-function Stages
Engagement: These include functions such as Roka/Sagai. Since it is essentially a coming together of two families where sweets and gifts are exchanged, we realise it is on most occasions an intimate affair. That is why we have stages that will fit perfectly into a home setting such as a garden marquee. We specialise in the classic royal theme that usually accompanies ceremonies such as the tilak.
Mehndi: In addition to the traditional orange, pink and green colour scheme we have others our clients can choose from to meet their diverse tastes. Our mehndi stages can be supplemented with a vast array of accessories such as curtains of silk, Jhoola, cushions, colourful umbrellas and much more
Nikah and Walima Stages
On offer are a range of stages that incorporate delightful draperies ornamented with floral decorations accentuated by sofas that are evocative of regal designs of the subcontinent. Our stages are designed to make salient the Islamic union of the couple on the centre stage. Clients are free to mix different elements of the stages on offer to meet their individual needs.
Backdrop
Our backdrops include pillars adorned with majestic floral accents, a vast opulent LED screen, refined fabric and draping, and much more. Our production designers have a trained eye on which backdrop does and doesn’t suit each couple’s personality. Rest assured we keep up with current trends. Whether it be rustic environments, avantgarde fairy tale settings or more simplistic and withheld backgrounds, we shall cater to your personal requirements and wishes.
